Join us on a sensual journey to Trentino, where nature, tradition and innovation meet in the glass. This exclusive evening we dive into the organic and biodynamic wines of Cantina Pisoni — a family-owned gem located in the Valle dei Laghi between the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda. The brothers Stefano and Marco Pisoni combine centuries-old traditions with modern sustainability: from the special arèle drying method to biodynamic cultivation guided by the lunar cycle.

The Battle of the North: Piedmont Vs. Lombardy

Two iconic wine regions. One night. Who wins your palate? This Porcalorca wine night pits two of northern Italy's most acclaimed wine regions against each other: Piedmont, known for its classic elegance and powerful Barolos -- and Lombardia, Italy's “underdog” with bubbly finesse and terroir driven reds & whites. Through six wines - three from each region - we guide you through differences in soils, style and philosophy. At the same time, we enjoy a selection of local cheeses and charcuterie, carefully selected for the wines. A sommelier and storyteller sets the stage for the tasting and invites you to a sensual and educational evening of surprises and new perspectives.

Lambrusco Reimagined - An Evening in Emilia-Romagna

Forget about the sweet Lambrusco from the 80s and meet the wine as it actually tastes: dry, complex and bubbly of life and character. \ \ This evening we celebrate the rebirth of Lambruscoen with a focus on one passionate producer from Emilia-Romagna. We taste through 3 different Lambruscos, each with its own expression and history — and round off with 3—4 other wines from the same producer, showing the breadth and depth of the craft.

We work exclusively with small, family-owned wineries in Italy, with whom we have exclusive collaborations and that we know personally. Each wine is hand-picked and each tasting is guided by storytelling, presence and love of the craft.

Behind Porcalorca are Jeanette (storyteller & brand strategist) and Marco (Italian sommelier and former business director). Together we connect wine, people and storytelling — in experiences that go beyond the ordinary.
